Capable governments should help foreign

                    Global warming is a hot topic that show a big influence to environments. Because of high temperature, ice is melting then sea levels is rising, as Handwerk (2004) explain that “since 1978 , Artic sea ice area has shrunk by some 9 percent per decade and has thinned as well. ”(para.5) and “ the average of global sea level has risen by 4 to 8 inches(10 to 20 cm) over the past century ”.(para.7) It shows that environments problem is aggravating. More natural disasters have caused more people to lose their families and become refugees. For example, “three million people have been displaced by environmental degradation and disasters. The most destitute people live in clusters of improvised tents made of plastic sheets and discarded bamboo and often erected on private land near markets , railroad tracks and the city’ s rivers. ” (Kakissis, 2010, para. 10).                     In Environment Refugees Unable to Return Home by Joanna Kakissis, the author mentions that more people who lost their home in developing world and move to other cities as “Climate Migrations“ because of aggravating climate conditions. Displaced people whose homes were destroyed by natural disasters have to move to large cities, then make money hardly. In Bangladesh, the immigrants who move to Dhaka have changed into settling; in addtion,its gutters are prone to injure from global warming. Many displaced persons are temporarily living in  areas of danger and poverty. The article gives many examples to show difficult living conditions of refugees. International communities want to give a hand to these people who lost their home because of natural disasters. These displaced people want to return home, but they are disillusioned because of destitution.

Response for Innovations for the Developing World

 Response for Innovations for the Developing World            One point that author mentions is that the economic model of distribution is beneficial for local small business. Firstly, the distrubution of resources will allow more people to have opportunity to participate in the business to be a entrepreneur. According to this article, Grameen Phone,the largest cell phone company in Bangladesh has 200,000 rural entrepreneurs, so more entrepreneurs is better for local business. Secondly, when the number of entrepreneurs is more, the types of business will rise.It improve the  variety of market to promote the development of local economy.  Finally, if technology and resources are concentracted together, there may be unreasonable and waste in developing country. The distribution model can be used to allocate resources more effectively in developing country.

Summary of "Mr.Mom"

Yunzhe Li RW613 12/07/2017           In the article “Mr. Mom”written by Tony Hicks, the author expatiates the beneficial aspects and difficult aspects of being a stay-at-home dad. He explains that more and more men like to be a stay-at-home dad because men can do better than women and get a better relationship with children. Even though there are many difficulties for “Mr. Mom”like too many housework and srtange looking of man playing with a child, many men insist on becoming a stay-at-home dad. The writer said that society is not ready to accept the stay-at-home dad, but he shows a opsitive attitude to this phenomenon.

Yuanzhe , Li Reading/Writing 613 7/7/2017 Summary, Analysis and Response: Popular Mechanics I n Popular Mechanics by Raymond Carver, the write r represented a story about the scenes of contention for a baby between a man and a woman. The story began in an evening of early spring with snow melting.   When the man was packing up and ready to leave, the woman pretended to be happy but cried for his indifference. The woman took the photograph of the child despite the man's objection. The man walked out of the room and began to fight for the ownership of their baby boy. The child cried and almost fell to the ground. Summary of An Upheaval

    In An Upheaval by Anton Chekhow,  the writer describe a governess leave the master's house to express an anger for unfair treatment from master's wife by searching her room. The story begins after the governess who named Mashenka returns home. She finds her room searched. She feels that her right and pride had been violated.Although she feels terrible sad, she go to dinner. What the hostess said decided her to leave the house. The master admit to her that he stolen the brooch to urge her to stay. Finaly, she leave without any hesitation.     The novel is from the governess(Mashenka)'s visual angle to tell us about that we should treat others equally,whatever you are rich or poor and don't be overcontrolled anyone.
