    Good sentences. You don't need a comma before because. Past tense of 'quit' is 'quit'.

He explains that more and more men like to be a stay-at-home dad because men can do better than women and get a better relationship with children. Even though there are many difficulties for “Mr. Mom”like too many housework and srtange looking of man playing with a child, many men insist on becoming a stay-at-home dad.
